Wjasma [] (russisch Вя́зьма, wissenschaftliche Transliteration Vâz'ma) ist eine Stadt in der Oblast Smolensk im Westen Russlands. Sie liegt auf knapp halbem Weg zwischen Smolensk und Moskau. Wjasma hat 57.101 Einwohner (Stand 14. Oktober 2010).
