Xu Yanmei (chinesisch 许艳梅, Pinyin Xŭ Yànméi; * 9. Februar 1971 in Nanchang) ist eine ehemalige chinesische Wasserspringerin. Sie nahm einmal an Olympischen Spielen teil und gewann dabei Gold.
