Der Ägäische Nacktfinger (Mediodactylus kotschyi, Syn.: Cyrtodactylus kotschyi, Cyrtopodion kotschyi) ist ein kleiner Gecko aus der Gattung Mediodactylus. Er ist vor allem im östlichen Mittelmeerraum verbreitet und kann sowohl in natürlichen Felslebensräumen als auch in Siedlungen vorkommen.
