Alexandra Priscila do Nascimento Martinez (* 16. September 1981 in Limeira) ist eine brasilianische Handballspielerin. Die 1,79 Meter große rechte Außenspielerin wurde im Jahr 2012 zur Welthandballerin gewählt und erzielte 789 Treffer in 205 Länderspielen für die brasilianische Nationalmannschaft.
