Ballast Key ist eine Insel der Florida Keys in der Floridastraße bzw. dem Golf von Mexiko vor der Küste Floridas. Sie ist die südlichste Insel der Gruppe und bildet somit den südlichsten Landpunkt der kontinentalen Vereinigten Staaten.
