Blacklead Island (Inuktitut Uummannarjuaq, „wie das Herz eines großen Meeressäugetiers“) ist eine unbewohnte Insel in der Qikiqtaaluk-Region des kanadischen Territoriums Nunavut. Ihre ehemalige Walfangstation besitzt seit 1985 den Status einer National Historic Site of Canada.
