Depth (Kryptologie)

Als depth (von engl. wörtlich „Tiefe“; Plural: depths; deutscher Fachbegriff: „Klartext-Klartext-Kompromittierung“, „Klartext-Klartext-Kompromiss“ oder kurz „in Phase“) werden in der Kryptanalyse zwei oder mehrere Geheimtexte bezeichnet, die mit demselben Schlüssel verschlüsselt worden sind.
