Dschamal Sultanowitsch Otarsultanow (russisch Джамал Султанович Отарсултанов; * 14. April 1987 in Solnetschnoje, Dagestanische ASSR, Russische Sowjetrepublik) ist ein russischer Freistilringer. Er wurde 2008, 2011 und 2012 Europameister und 2012 Olympiasieger im Freistilringen jeweils im Bantamgewicht.
