Die Eisenhölzer (Metrosideros) sind eine Pflanzengattung aus der Familie der Myrtengewächse, die vor allem im Pazifikraum von Neuseeland, Neukaledonien, Hawaii bis nach Japan verbreitet ist. Zur Gattung gehören etwa 50 Arten.
