Die Insel Garinish (irisch: Garinis, dt. „nahe Insel“) – auch als Ilnacullin (ir.: Oileán an Chulinn, dt. „Insel der Stechpalme“) bekannt – liegt in der Bucht von Bantry südlich von Glengarriff, im County Cork im Südwesten der Republik Irland.
