Der Garten-Fuchsschwanz (Amaranthus caudatus) auch Tausendschön, im Andenraum unter dem Quechua-Wort Kiwicha bekannt, ist eine in Südamerika heimische Pflanzenart aus der Gattung Amarant (Amaranthus). Sie wird auch "quihuicha" geschrieben.
