Der 1. Leichtathletik-Continentalcup (offizielle Bezeichnung IAAF/VTB Bank Continental Cup) fand am 4. und 5. September 2010 in der kroatischen Stadt Split statt. Die insgesamt vierzig Leichtathletik-Wettbewerbe wurden im Stadion Poljud ausgetragen.
Ursprünglich war die Veranstaltung als 11. Leichtathletik-Weltcup geplant worden. 2008 beschloss die IAAF (heute: World Athletics – Weltleichtathletikverband) eine Umbenennung und eine Änderung des Formats.
