Roatán (historisch auch Ruatan, Ruattan, Roatan, Rattan, Ratan) ist eine Insel der Islas de la Bahía in der Karibik. Sie liegt etwa 65 km nördlich vor der Küste von Honduras. Im Osten liegt die Nachbarinsel Guanaja, im Südwesten Útila.
