Lothian East (bis 2024 East Lothian) ist ein Wahlkreis (englisch constituency) im Südosten Schottlands, der einen Abgeordneten ins britische Unterhaus (House of Commons) entsendet. Er liegt in der Council Area East Lothian und besteht seit 1983. Bedeutende Orte im Wahlkreis sind Dunbar, East Linton, Haddington, Longniddry, North Berwick, Prestonpans und Tranent.
Es gibt einen gleichnamigen Wahlkreis für das Schottische Parlament.
