Das Herreneinzel im Squash bei den Commonwealth Games 2018 fand vom 5. bis 9. April 2018 statt. Das Teilnehmerfeld bestand aus 54 Spielern. Der Gewinner der Konkurrenz im Jahr 2014, Nick Matthew, startete topgesetzt in das Turnier und schied im Viertelfinale gegen den späteren Bronzemedaillengewinner Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan aus. Im Endspiel setzte sich James Willstrop gegen Paul Coll mit 11:9:, 11:4 und 11:6 durch.
