103) Κόμης τοῦ ὑψηλοῦ βήματος, eine Würde, die nur einmal unter Iustinian erwähnt wird (Cod. Iust. XII 33, 8 § 2); vielleicht bedeutet sie daselbe, wie comes consistorianus, da unter dem ὑψηλὸν βῆμα doch wohl das hohe Tribunal des Kaisers zu verstehen sein wird, s. Comes consistorianus (Nr. 19).
