Only google decides where google keyboard runs, so I edited the question to focus on voice typing in ubuntu rather than doing it specifically with google keyboard – Archisman Panigrahi Oct 22 '24 at 15:00

I don't have a solution to this, but the closest I have been able to achieve is to use scrcpy (https://snapcraft.io/scrcpy) to mirror my Android device to my laptop - and then copy and paste sentences into Libre Office Word.
(Note, this won't work on the most recent Android 14, it needs to be an older version - I'm using Android 10 for this).

There are excellent free online services like https://speechnotes.co/dictate/, which you can use to dictate and then copy paste.
If you want an installable software to do this, there are AI powered assistants like Linux Voice Control, voice_gpt and many more which you can use to dictate.
I am not affiliated with any of these projects.
