I'm running Xubuntu 22.04, for years I've been using Indicator Sticky Notes without a problem, now I find I'm unable to open a new note, old notes I have on the computer work fine but I can't start a new note,I've downloaded other Sticky Note apps but they have the same problem so it looks like the problem is with my computer.

    I've downloaded other Sticky Note apps but they have the same problem -- Do they show any error message? Can you run the app from the terminal and post the error message?
