These days I mostly use R, Python, Rust, SQL, SAS, the Snowflake Data Cloud platform, and Haskell (whenever I get the chance). In (many) days gone by I was a C programmer, then a C++ programmer. Then a Linux sysadmin working with bash, sed, awk etc. Also formerly an academic (Statistical Epidemiologist at Leeds University, Faculty of Medicine and Health - UK).
