Einleitung

Der Lautsprecher erzeugt die Töne im JBL Charge 4. Wenn der Klang schlecht ist, kann der Lautsprecher defekt sein. Diese Anleitung zeigt dir, wie du den Lautsprecher austauschen kannst. Für diese Reparatur musst du löten. Unsere Anleitung kann dir dabei helfen.

    • Drehe den Lautsprecher herum und setze das Öffnungswerkzeug in den Spalt an der Lautsprecherabdeckung ein.

    • Heble von dir weg hin zur Rückseite des Lautsprechers, bis sich die Raste löst.

    • Wiederhole das Ganze für die Raste an der anderen Seite.

    ich schaffe es nur auf der einen seite. Auf der anderen ist die abdeckung viel zu fest dran ? was kann ich machen ?

    • Entferne die beiden 8 mm Kreuzschlitzschrauben #0 von der anderen Kante der Lautsprecherabdeckung.

    You have to remove the 8 mm screws before you try and Prius the other side. They are attached, and will break

    • Ziehe die beiden Seiten der Lautsprecherabdeckung auseinander.

    • Hebe die Abdeckung vom Lautsprecher ab.

    • Hebe mit einem Öffnungswerkzeug die Lasche oben am Lautsprecher an, so dass sich der Strahler von den Rasten löst.

    • Wiederhole das Ganze für die anderen Laschen um den Strahler herum, um ihn vom Rahmen abzulösen.

    There is absolutely no reason to remove the passive radiators if you want to replace the speaker only!

    Just cut to step 6.

    Also the difficulty level is way too high. I found it very easy to disassemble the unit.

    • Drücke den Strahler vom Rahmen des Gerätes weg.

    • Wiederhole das Ganze auf der anderen Seite.

    • Die passiven Basstrahler verhindern, dass Feuchtigkeit ins Innere des Gerätes gelangen kann. Mehrfaches Ablösen der Strahler kann die Wasserfestigkeit beeinträchtigen.

    • Drehe das Gerät so, dass der Lautsprecher zu dir zeigt

    • Entferne die vier 8 mm Kreuzschlitzschrauben #1.

    There is a major mistake in this guide, there is absolutely no reason to remove the passive radiators! The difficulty should be lowered also.

Nice tutorial but you don’t have to remove the passive radiators because its not that it gets more difficult, but it is that after the passive radiators are removed, the sealing glue will break, resulting in a non waterproof speaker. so, the only thing to do, is after you remove the grill, remove the 4 screws, take out the driver and de-solder the red and black wires and after you get the new driver, solder the red wire to positive and the black to negative. Now do these steps backward. Then you’ll be resulted with a brand-new looking JBL charge 4. Trust me, I removed passive radiators of the charge 4 and it resulted me with an air leak. So do everything except for removing passive radiators.
