Use this guide to replace the WLAN antennas in your Lenovo ThinkPad T470 laptop.

The WLAN (wireless local area network), or Wi-Fi, antennas boost the wireless signal strength in your laptop. It may be tricky to diagnose a faulty WLAN antenna, so be sure to rule out other connectivity issues listed here before replacing your WLAN antennas. If your laptop requires a Wi-Fi card replacement, follow this guide.

Before attempting to replace the WLAN antennas, make sure to disable the internal battery, power down your device, and disconnect from any external power sources.
