    • Remove all twelve 6 mm long screws on the back of the laptop with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

    • Apply a lot of pressure to prevent the screws from stripping.

    • Make sure to turn off the computer first!

    • Pull off the back cover of the laptop. It should come off easily.

    • Remove all six 7mm screws from the heat sink using the Phillips #1 screwdriver.

Hope someone see this cmt. I cannot lift up the heat sink for some reason. All 6 screws are removed. Any advice?
