Use this guide to replace the regulator assembly in your Titan Elite 3000 High Pressure Airless Sprayer.

    • Before you begin, make sure to follow the pressure relief procedure documented in the user manual before powering down the paint sprayer and disconnecting the pump.

    • Turn off and unplug the sprayer.

    • Lay the sprayer down horizontally before continuing.

    • Use a pick tool to scrape the red paint from the side of the pressure control knob.

    • Use a 2 mm Allen wrench to loosen the control knob.

    • Use a flathead screwdriver to pry and remove the clip securing the stop sleeve.

    • The stop sleeve will pop out slightly due to the compressed spring behind it.

    • During reassembly, compress the stop sleeve against the spring to fully insert the clip.

    • Use an adjustable wrench to remove the regulator assembly.

    • Your assembly may have red threadlocker around its threads.

    • During reassembly, consider applying new threadlocker to your replacement assembly.
