Use this guide to replace the relief valve assembly in your Titan Elite 3000 High Pressure Airless Sprayer.

    • Before you begin, make sure to follow the pressure relief procedure documented in the user manual before powering down the paint sprayer and disconnecting the pump.

    • Turn off and unplug the sprayer.

    • Lay the sprayer down horizontally before continuing.

    • Use a pin punch and a hammer to drive the groove pin from right to left out of the valve handle.

    • Pull the valve handle straight off the cam base to remove it.

    • Use a 17 mm wrench to loosen the relief valve assembly.

    • Your assembly may have red threadlocker around its threads.

    • During reassembly, consider applying new threadlocker to your replacement assembly.
