Einleitung

The device discussed in this guide is the Toyota Tacoma 2016 Cargo LED Bed Light 00016-34187 sometimes known as the bed LED or bed light. This guide will help you replace a broken bed light with a new one. Some things to keep in mind while working is that the battery is live so take care not to touch both connection pins at the same time. Additionally, use caution while soldering as you will have to solder while upside underneath the truck. This could lead to excess solder dripping onto you and precautions should be taken to mitigate risk.
