Background and Identification
Acer Aspire laptops are manufactured and sold by Acer Inc., an electronics corporation based in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Acer was founded in 1976. Originally, it specialized in consulting work and distributing for electronics, but split into sales and contracted manufacturing branches. In 2001, Acer sold the contracted manufacturing business side of the company, and began to focus purely on sales. Among the products that they sold were the Aspire computers. The Aspire series covers a wide range of functionalities and sizes, including desktops and laptops for casual household use or high-performance tasks.
The Aspire ES1-332 is a budget office laptop that is best used for portable typing and internet access. Notebook Check’s review of one variation, the ES1-332-P91H, said that this laptop “delivers good battery runtimes, a decent keyboard, and a matte display.” This laptop also uses Intel's new Apollo Lake platform, unlike the previous model, which gives it better performance than previous versions of this laptop.
