Background and Identification
The DJI Mavic Air 2 was released in April of 2020. The device consists of a drone and a controller. The drone weighs 570g and is a quadcopter that comes in grey with the ability to fold up. The drone has a camera that can capture 48MP photos, 4K/60fps video, and panoramas. The drone has obstacle avoidance and can fly for a maximum of 34 minutes. The DJI company has many other camera drones, but the DJI Mavic Air 2 is distinguishable by its price point at $799, its dark grey color, and the propellers lacking an orange tip, which every other camera drone they sell has.
The controller that comes with the drone is grey, with two joysticks. The controller has a pull-out holder in which to place your device and comes with a cable that connects to both Apple and Android phones. In case the removable joysticks go missing, the controller has two additional joy sticks stored inside the controller.
