Background and Identification
The DeWalt DWE305 is a specialized variation of the reciprocating saw product designed by DeWalt. This design was manufactured in 2014 and in the US, with global materials. This DeWalt model is identifiable by the right-sided, black label with yellow wording, where the model number DWE305 is in the upper left corner of the label. This model is also distinguished from other models by the amperage which is 12 Amps. On the black, rubber hand grip or ‘boot’ that connects to the yellow body piece, the amperage is clearly defined by indentation lines.
In comparison to similar products such as the DWE 304, the DWE 305 has more effectively safe grip on the handles. The trigger features a rubber grip with indentation for comfort and support.
