Background and Idenification

The Philips Norelco OneBlade is an electric shaver sold by the Dutch company Philips under the North American brand name “Norelco.” The OneBlade was originally released around the year 2016 and came in two variations. While the main chassis of the device is the same for both models, the first version includes only blades for shaving your face while the second version includes blades for your face and body.

You can identify this shaver by looking at the back of the handle where the model number and serial number are located. See the OneBlade support page for an image of this location. The model number for the face-only version of the OneBlade is “QP2520” and the model number for the face+body version is “QP2630.”

You can find replacement blades for this shaver online. Face-only blades come in a pack of one, two, or three with the corresponding product numbers “QP210,” “QP220,” and “QP230.” Face and body kits can be found with the product number “QP610” and “QP620.” For further repair, you can open the OneBlade using the technique shown in this guide. The servo motor which makes the shaver work can also be replaced, but you need to have a soldering iron to do so.
