Shark brand is a subset of a larger household appliance company, SharkNinja Operating LLC, formerly Euro-Pro Operating LLC.

Mark Rosenzweig founded SharkNinja in Montreal, Québec, Canada and is now headquartered in Needham, Massachusetts. SharkNinja’s American offices are located in Bentonville, AR; Rogers, AR; and two offices in Chino, CA. There are two SharkNinja offices in Canada: Saint Laurent, QC and Mississauga, ON.

The United Kingdom’s SharkNinja offices are located in Leeds and London.

China’s SharkNinja offices are located in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and Suzhou. There is also an office in Tokyo, Japan.

1. Check your box

On the bottom of your box, you should see the model number near the bar code.

2. Check your unit

The main body of the vacuum (back of the unit) should have a rating label that features your model number.

3. Check your manual

Your product's model number is listed on the front cover of your instruction booklet.
