Toshiba Satellite L40-A Repair

The Toshiba Satellite L40 was released May 28th of 2010 by Toshiba as one of the company's many laptops they have released. It was discontinued in 2016 when the company left the computer market.

While the laptop itself has had no recalls, many satellite laptops including the L-40, were affected by the battery pack recalls of March 2016. Toshiba had to expand the number of batteries between June 2011 and November 2016.

It is extremely outdated with Toshiba constantly updating its designs now. This model has a 14-inch frame and has a frame weight of 2 kg. However, it was a simple solution for anyone who needs the minimum. As the laptop was able to run light office applications, wireless Internet access, DVD and musicback.

This model of Toshiba is identified by the name Satellite L40-A in the middle on the back of the device, and by its part number PSKHAU-07N039. The top cover and interior are silver differentiating it from other L40 models that come in white and black.
