Stardard XML feeds%3F What is that%3F

Since I released the Feed Planet feature of The Café, I’ve got many issues reported because everybody does their website’s feeds differently. If it’s RSS, pubDate is great, but if it’s Atom%3F It can be published or updated or whatever the fuck the webmaster decided it’s good for today. Don’t even get me started on all the datetime formats.
