Die Juno Awards 2021, vergeben von der Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (CARAS)wurde am 6. Juni 2021 vergeben. Es handelte sich um die 50. Verleihung des Awards. Die Verleihung der Hauptpreise wurde von CBC übertragen.

Ursprünglich sollte die Verleihung im März stattfinden, aber im Dezember 2020wurde auf Grund der anhaltenden COVID-19-Pandemie in Kanada die Verleihung zunächst in den Mai verschoben. Auf Grund weiterer Bedenken wurde schließlich der Juni-Termin gewählt.

Zunächst war eine Gala im Stile früherer Verleihungen geplant. Toronto, Ontario hatte bereits als Austragungsort festgestanden, doch wegen der Pandemie wurden alle weiteren Veranstaltungen, die die Juno-Woche normalerweise ausmachen, wie der Juno Cup und zahlreiche Liveauftritte gestrichen. Stattdessen wurde, wie im Vorjahr, eine Online-Veranstaltung gemacht. Angeline Tetteh-Wayoe von CBC Music moderierte die Veranstaltung im Nachtclub Rebel in Toronto. Die meisten Präsentatoren und Liveauftritte wurden aber aus anderen Orten übertragen. Die Livesendung bestand aus einer Reihe von eingespielten Clips, die vorher in verschiedenen Orten in Kanada aufgezeichnet wurden. In der Livesendung wurden lediglich sechs Preise vergeben, der Rest war bereits in einer Preshow am 4. Juni vergeben worden.

Im Rahmen des 50. Jubiläums wurde ein einstündiges Special namens My Junos Moment ausgestrahlt, bei dem Alessia Cara verschiedene Künstler nach ihrem besonderen Junos-Moment befragte.

The Tragically Hip erhielten den Wohltätigkeitspreis Juno Humanitarian Award. Da die Zeremonie 2020 ausfiel, wurde Jann Arden ein Jahr verspätet in die Canadian Music Hall of Fame aufgenommen.

In der Fernsehausstrahlung wurde Mary Piercey-Lewis vorgestellt. Die Musiklehrerin unterrichtet ab der Inuksuk High School in Iqaluit, Nunavut. Sie wurde von der CARAS’ Organisation MusiCounts als Lehrerin des Jahres ausgezeichnet.
