Astrachan
Astrachan (russisch Астрахань; ) ist eine Stadt an der Wolga in Russland mit 520.339 Einwohnern (Stand 14. Oktober 2010). Als alte Städtenamen sind Etil und İtil bekannt; beide Namen bezeichnen auch die Wolga. In der Stadt befindet sich das Hauptquartier der Kaspischen Flottille der Russischen Marine.
