Die Bahnstrecke Neustadt (Aisch)–Demantsfürth-Uehlfeld, auch Aischtalbahn genannt, war eine Nebenbahn in Bayern. Sie verband den Markt Uehlfeld im bayerischen Regierungsbezirk Mittelfranken mit Neustadt an der Aisch an der Hauptbahn Fürth–Würzburg.
