Die Bahnstrecke Praha-Vršovice–Praha-Radotín ist eine nur dem Güterverkehr dienende, eingleisige elektrifizierte Hauptbahn im Eisenbahnknoten Prag. Sie verknüpft als Teil einer Güterzugumfahrung im Süden und Osten von Prag den Rangierbahnhof Praha-Vršovice direkt mit der Bahnstrecke Praha–Plzeň.
