Der Baltische Weg (litauisch Baltijos kelias, lettisch Baltijas ceļš, estnisch Balti kett, Letzteres wörtlich Baltische Kette) war eine 650 km (nach anderen Angaben: 675 km) lange Menschenkette im Baltikum am 23. August 1989.
