Die Central European Football League 2016 war die 11. Saison der Central European Football League. Sie begann am 2. April und endete am 3. Juli mit dem CEFL Bowl XI, dem Endspiel. Dort trafen die Rekordsieger der Beograd Vukovi aus Serbien auf die österreichischen Graz Giants, die in dieser Saison debütierten. Die Giants konnten im letzten Viertel das Spiel für sich drehen und gewannen am Ende knapp mit 52:49.
