Cruachan ist eine irische Folk-Metal-Band aus Dublin, die 1992 gegründet wurde. Der Bandname kommt von der alten Hauptstadt Connachts, Cruachan, die im heutigen County Roscommon liegt. In der Nähe befindet sich die Cruachan-Höhle.
