Derek Michael „The Turk“ Sanderson (* 16. Juni 1946 in Niagara Falls, Ontario) ist ein ehemaliger kanadischer Eishockeyspieler (Rechtsaußen), der von 1968 bis 1977 für die Boston Bruins, New York Rangers, St. Louis Blues, Vancouver Canucks und Pittsburgh Penguins in der National Hockey League sowie die Philadelphia Blazers in der World Hockey Association spielte.
