Die Državna Cesta D100 (kroatisch für ‚Nationalstraße D100‘) ist eine Inselhauptstraße auf den Inseln Cres und Lošinj. Sie verbindet den Fährort Porozina mit Veli Lošinj und erschließt die beiden Inseln komplett in Nord-Süd-Richtung.
