Fortnite Battle Royale ist ein Third-Person-Shooter des US-amerikanischen Entwicklers und Publishers Epic Games. Der weitgehend eigenständige kostenlos spielbare Battle-Royale-Modus von Fortnite erschien am 26. September 2017 in einer Vorabversion für macOS, PlayStation 4, Windows und Xbox One. Es folgten Umsetzungen für iOS, Nintendo Switch, Android, Xbox Series und PlayStation 5. Die offizielle Veröffentlichung aus dem Early-Access-Stadium heraus erfolgte am 29. Juni 2020.
