Heinrich Ferdinand von der Leyen (* vermutlich 1639 in Köln; † 8. März 1714 in Mainz) war ein katholischer Geistlicher. Zuletzt war er Dompropst in Mainz und Chorbischof in Trier und diente auch als Gesandter.
