Indiumgalliumarsenid (InGaAs), auch als Galliumindiumarsenid bezeichnet, ist ein Halbleiterwerkstoff und Bezeichnung für eine Gruppe von Legierungen aus den beiden Grundstoffen Indiumarsenid (InAs) und Galliumarsenid (GaAs). Die Legierung zählt zu den III-V-Verbindungshalbleitern und findet als direkter Halbleiter im Bereich der Optoelektronik Anwendung.
