Die Karl-Alexander-Insel (russisch Остров Карла-Александра; Ostrow Karla-Alexandra), auch Karl-Alexander-Land (russisch Земля Карла-Александра; Semlja Karla-Alexandra), ist eine Insel des arktischen Franz-Josef-Lands. Administrativ gehört sie zur russischen Oblast Archangelsk.
