Graf Karl Heinrich Wilhelm Hermann Ferdinand von Schlitz, genannt von Görtz, auch Carl von Schlitz (* 15. Februar 1822 in Schlitz; † 7. Dezember 1885 ebenda) war ein deutscher Politiker und Standesherr im Großherzogtum Hessen.
