Kouroussa (Präfektur)

Kouroussa ist eine Präfektur in der Region Kankan in Guinea mit etwa 159.000 Einwohnern. Wie alle guineischen Präfekturen ist sie nach ihrer Hauptstadt, Kouroussa, benannt, die 1996 10.141 Bewohner hatte.
