Leslie Howard (Schauspieler)

Leslie Howard Stainer (* 3. April 1893 in London, England; † 1. Juni 1943 im Golf von Biscaya bei einem Flugzeugabschuss) war ein britischer Bühnen- und Filmschauspieler sowie Regisseur. Er wurde zweimal für den Oscar als bester Hauptdarsteller nominiert und spielte im Filmklassiker Vom Winde verweht (1939) die Rolle des Ashley Wilkes.
