North Island Main Trunk Railway
Die North Island Main Trunk Line (NIMT) (auch: North Island Main Trunk Railway; deutsch: Nordinsel-Hauptstrecke) verbindet auf der Nordinsel von Neuseeland die beiden bedeutendsten Städte, Auckland und Wellington. Die NIMT wurde 1997 von der American Society of Civil Engineers in die Liste historischer Meilensteine der Ingenieurbaukunst aufgenommen.
