Oligofructose

Oligofructose (Fructooligosaccharid, FOS) ist ein Mehrfachzucker aus der Gruppe der Fructane. Sie weist zwischen 30 und 50 % der Süßkraft von Saccharose auf und wird daher auch als Zuckeraustauschstoff verwendet.
